Tariff and Booking Information
We have a double en-suite with a spa bath prices range between £36 and £38 per person per night based on two sharing. Single occupancy of this room is priced between £37 and £42 per night (depending on season). Please ask about availability and rates for babies/children.
Facilities include TV/DVD player, alarm clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and refreshment tray, hairdryer.
There is a separate guest lounge and guests are welcome to use our garden.
Please note that in high season there is usually a minimum stay duration of two nights for bookings beginning on a Friday or Saturday night. Please call us for more information.
Prices include breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee may be served on arrival.
Bookings are accepted by telephone, e-mail or using our on-line booking facility. A deposit equal to one night's stay, is required to guarantee a telephone or e-mail reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £25 cancellation fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. Payment by cash or guaranteed cheque is acceptable for telephone or e-mail bookings and payment of the balance.
Please note, we cannot take payment by card except for on-line bookings. Payment in full, at the time, of booking is required for on-line booking.
Check in is between 4.30PM and 6:00PM. If you expect to arrive later please let us know so that we can make arrangements.
Guests are asked to vacate their room and check out by 11am on the day of departure. We will however, store luggage and allow you to leave your car parked at Burn View if you intent to spend the rest of the day in the area.
